Eliminate the little girls, and straighten up out the damaged leg, rearfoot, etc.  Carry it in the appropriate location for awhile; you then may want to tie the doll's feet in the appropriate location using smooth lace, etc (don't use something like a rubberband that can depart a level in the smooth vinyl!).
